Diplomas

Receiving Diplomas

The following schools will distribute diplomas to graduates at their individual graduation ceremonies:

    School of Dental Medicine: All
    Perelman School of Medicine: MD's only
    School of Veterinary Medicine: VMD's only

All other diplomas will be mailed in July.

Diploma Mailing Procedure

Diplomas are mailed in July, via First-Class U.S. Mail (not trackable), to the Diploma Mailing address entered on the University's graduation application.  Students who wish to update their diploma mailing address after the submission of the graduation application should do so on Path@Penn no later than June 7.  Diplomas mailed to international addresses can take up to eight weeks for delivery.  To purchase trackable express shipping or to arrange for diploma pick up on campus, please visit the website of the Office of the University Secretary for more information.
